Description
Leading residential developer who is currently delivering a brand new RC Frame project in Central / West London. We are looking for a solid Externals Site Manager who has managed externals on a large RC Frame project before. The packages that will need looking after will be RC Frame, Groundworks, Landscaping, Paving etc.
Responsibilities
- Day to day managing of all site works
- Managing all sub-contractors
- Managing health and safety
- Quality Assurance
Requirements
- Must have current CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPER AND MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE
