Quantity Surveyor – Residential New Build – North London

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package

A well-established property developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a large-scale residential development. The project is in its later stages, with works predominantly focused on internal stages.

The ideal candidate will be someone with strong experience in package management, managing subcontract works through to completion, and who is comfortable working on large-scale residential schemes. There is also the opportunity for the successful individual to progress within the business.

Role Overview

– Title: Quantity Surveyor

– Location: North London

– Salary: £55,000 – £65,000

– Start: ASAP but willing to wait for notice periods

– Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

– Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract packages

– Internal package management

– Valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts

– Supporting delivery of affordable and build-to-let residential units

– Working closely with the site and wider commercial team

Requirements

– Previous experience managing the commercial aspects of residential projects

– Experience working with internal package management

– Ability to work collaboratively within a site-based team
