An established and well-regarded construction contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to join its growing operational team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working across a varied portfolio of schemes, you will be responsible for managing programmes, budgets, quality, health & safety, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception through to handover.
  • Manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Lead site teams and coordinate internal departments to drive project performance.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and commercial performance alongside the commercial team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks.
