A top-tier main contractor is urgently seeking an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a £60m cut-and-carve commercial scheme in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, high-value project with a market-leading contractor. The client is open to candidates who can support the lead QS as well as those ready to take on more responsibility as they progress.

Role: Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Location: Central London

Salary: £40,(Apply online only) – £60,(Apply online only) + package

Project: £60m Cut & Carve Commercial Scheme

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing / Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

Duties May Include

– Procurement of subcontract packages

– Package and cost management

– Managing variations and change

– Preparing valuations

– Payments and cost reporting

– Attending site and progress meetings

Requirements

– Experience within commercial build or refurbishment projects

– Exposure to procurement and package management

– Understanding of cut-and-carve or structural alteration projects (preferred but not essential)

– Experience with JCT contracts xiskglj advantageous

– Strong communication and organisational skills
