The client is delivering long‑term, high‑value Residential schemes across the London and Kent areas. We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee a major RC Frame scheme.
The Role
As Site Engineer you will be the crucial link between technical design and on‑site implementation, overseeing construction projects such as groundworks, RC Frame and buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting Out & Surveying: Using instruments to mark out the site and ensure accurate structural positioning.
- Technical Advice: Interpreting, checking and explaining plans, drawings and specifications for contractors.
- Quality Control: Ensuring materials and workmanship meet design specifications and regulatory standards.
- Progress Monitoring: Preparing site reports, tracking progress and resolving technical problems on site.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Project Management: Coordinating subcontractors, managing materials and ensuring project schedules are met.
Qualifications & Certifications Required
You must have all of them: CSCS.
