O’Neill & Brennan is a leading construction recruitment firm, known for delivering exceptional talent solutions across the UK. Our Northern Home Counties teamis expanding, having secured several major contracts due to kick off in the coming months. We are now looking for a driven and enthusiastic Labour Manager to join our Blue Collar recruitment team.

As a Labour Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

Liaising with operatives and account managers to match candidates to suitable roles.

Managing and updating our candidate database and hiring tools.

Ensuring operatives meet HMRC and CSCS compliance requirements.

Communicating with clients regarding timesheets, staffing needs, and general queries.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills – both on the phone and face-to-face.

Confidence using Outlook, Excel, and in-house systems (training provided).

A clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites (company car provided).

A self-motivated team player who’s eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within the business.
