Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager, Commercial Team, and Operational Teams, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, assessing project risks and opportunities, and supporting the successful conversion of bids into secured projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for new build, healthcare, and education projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation to identify project requirements.
- Undertake quantity take-offs and prepare pricing schedules and cost plans.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assess project risks, opportunities, and value.
