- Project: £100m RC Frame Residential Development

Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement of subcontract packages across the project
- Commercially manage approximately 50% of the subcontract packages on site
- Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts with subcontractors
- Produce cost reports, forecasts and monthly commercial reporting
- Manage variations, change control and commercial risk across allocated packages
- Work closely with site, design and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within either a main contractor or residential developer environment
- Previous experience delivering large-scale residential developments
- Strong understanding of subcontract procurement and package management
- Experience preparing and agreeing final accounts
- Knowledge of JCT forms of contract and commercial reporting processes
- Able and willing to commute to London and site locations as required
