O’Neill & Brennan, a well-established construction recruitment business with over 30 years of success and £100m+ turnover, is looking to expand its Guildford office with the addition of a White Collar Consultant focused on permanent hires across Construction Production. Covering the Surrey & Berkshire region, this is an opportunity to step into a busy, well-established market with strong client demand and real scope to grow your desk.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role, specialising in permanent placements across Construction Production roles, including:

  • Site Managers
  • Project Managers
  • Contracts Managers
  • Assistant to Senior-level operational staff

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing relationships with regional main contractors, developers, and subcontractors
  • Identifying and winning new business across Surrey & Berkshire
  • Delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network within the production space
  • Growing your desk with the support of an established brand and experienced team
