This successful subcontractor works with some of the leading residential developers and main contractors in the UK, and they have an immediate requirement for a Commercial Assistant to assist the managing director with all Commercial administration.
Responsibilities
- Taking new applications in
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- Variations
- Checking contracts for new projects
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, clients, and suppliers
- Improve communication flow and accelerate project turnaround times
- Keep good records and organise works with the client
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience within construction in a Project Administrator or Commercial Assistant role
- Alternatively may be a Trainee Quantity Surveyor seeking broader experience alongside the Surveying team
