The Role- Lead the forensic planning analysis for two significant construction claims.
- Review and interrogate project programmes, progress records and project documentation.
- Undertake delay and disruption analysis using recognised industry methodologies.
- Prepare programme evidence to support contractual claims.
- Work closely with the commercial and legal teams to develop robust claims strategies.
- Produce technical reports and supporting documentation.
- Attend project meetings in Central London and provide expert planning advice throughout the claims process.
- Proven experience as a Forensic Planner on major projects.
