An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Forensic Planner to join a leading UK developer/contractor on a major mixed-use development in Central London. Our client is seeking a commercially astute planning professional to provide specialist forensic planning support on two high-value construction claims. This is a project-focused assignment requiring a strong understanding of delay analysis, programme assessment and contractual entitlement.

This engagement offers a high degree of flexibility, with part-time working considered for the right individual, making it an ideal opportunity for experienced consultants managing multiple commissions.

The Role
  • Lead the forensic planning analysis for two significant construction claims.
  • Review and interrogate project programmes, progress records and project documentation.
  • Undertake delay and disruption analysis using recognised industry methodologies.
  • Prepare programme evidence to support contractual claims.
  • Work closely with the commercial and legal teams to develop robust claims strategies.
  • Produce technical reports and supporting documentation.
  • Attend project meetings in Central London and provide expert planning advice throughout the claims process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Forensic Planner on major projects.
