O'Neill and Brennan is seeking an experienced Freelance Demolition Site Manager for a live commercial project in South West London. You will oversee demolition, strip-out and temporary works, coordinating subcontractors and plant to deliver safely and on programme.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage day-to-day site operations, maintaining RAMS, permits and documentation, and ensuring high health, safety and quality standards with a proactive approach.
