This leading Tier 1, national contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager or Design Coordinator to work on a 6–9-month freelance contract to support a housing framework in London.
For this Design Manager role, you will have the opportunity to join a busy contractor with numerous projects due to start and on site. They are a thriving business and have opportunities in a variety of sectors such as Education, Healthcare, MOJ and MOD frameworks, residential and also major projects.
This Design Manager or Design Coordinator role is within their partnership housing framework for local authorities, specifically a large contract for a borough of North London specialising in the refurbishments of properties which will include external works, internal decoration, fire/remedials etc.
A UK construction qualification is required for this role and at least 5 years working as a Design Manager for main contractors on projects as mentioned above. Another benefit will be to have worked on PCSA and pre-construction through to being on site and completion of the projects.
