Job Description Role: Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Northumberland Salary: £65,(Apply online only)-£95,(Apply online only) + Comprehensive Package Employment: Permanent Start: ASAP ________________________________________ The Opportunity A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major £500m+ infrastructure project in Northumberland. This flagship development combines significant heavy civil engineering, major infrastructure, structural works and new-build construction, making it one of the region's most high-profile projects. With a long delivery programme and a strong pipeline of future work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a financially secure contractor offering genuine long-term career progression.
