This regional residential developer has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business to take on two specific residential projects in the Dorset area.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with this established and growing team, you will work with a young, dynamic commercial team that has seen consistently good financial results. You will be hard working and wanting to take a wider role over more projects and background tasks when required.
Must have run two full schemes together as a minimum. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to establish themselves within a well organised and successful company. You will have the chance to work on local projects in Dorset and there will be future opportunities to progress into a Managing Quantity Surveyor role.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have worked for a Residential Developer before and completed a variety of traditional and timber frame projects. These will include houses and apartments and if you have completed care home projects it would be beneficial.
You will also have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and full UK driving license.
