O’Neill and Brennan currently have an immediate requirement for a construction manager with strong experience of fireproofing, externals and balconies who also has good interpersonal customer and client facing skills to join a reputable contractor on a freelance basis for approximately 6-12 months. The work will involve strip out and upgrading fire measures among other things.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in an externally biased construction manager position on fast paced residential projects
  • CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
  • Experience with Fireproofing is absolutely essential
