A leading main contractor / developer is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major long-term infrastructure and mixed-use development in the Northern Home Counties. The development will include large-scale civil engineering works, residential phases, commercial space, and associated infrastructure upgrades. This is a flagship, multi-year scheme offering excellent long-term career progression and senior-level responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial functions across complex, high-value projects, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, regeneration, mixed-use, or major urban development schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full commercial leadership across major phases of the project
