An established engineering and mechanical services business is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support operations across workshop, fabrication, and site environments based in Essex. This role will play a key part in maintaining and improving health & safety standards across the business, ensuring compliance with current legislation, industry best practice, and internal management systems. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to promote a proactive safety culture and ensure risks are effectively identified, managed, and controlled.

Key Responsibilities- Promote a positive and proactive health & safety culture across all operational areas.
- Support compliance with relevant health & safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act and CDM Regulations.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing development of health & safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Provide practical guidance and support to managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
