We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team on a large residential development project. This is a key role supporting the delivery, coordination, and successful handover of a multi-phase scheme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project documentation, maintaining accurate drawing registers, and ensuring site teams are working from the latest revisions at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain all project documentation and drawing registers
- Upload, track, and distribute drawings, RFIs, technical submissions, and project records
- Ensure all documentation is correctly controlled and updated throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
- Maintain revision control and issue updated information to relevant parties
- Support project teams with handover documentation, O&M manuals, and completion packs
- Ensure all records are compliant with company procedures and project requirements
- Assist with general project administration and reporting when required
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry
- Residential development experience preferred
- Must have strong working knowledge of Procore
- Confident managing large volumes of technical documentation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
