O'Neill & Brennan are working with a Luxury House Builder based in Bromsgrove delivering various domestic projects across the West Midlands. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong PLC housing background on a permanent basis. Projects vary from new build, refurbishment & extensions for private clients expecting the delivery of a luxurious finish to their home.
Candidates will need to have experience working for a leading house builder overseeing estimating, take offs, procurement etc. Hybrid flexibility is available; however, the majority of time must be spent in the Bromsgrove office. Applicants will be expected to mentor a Junior Surveyor.
Salaries on offer are around £50-60k + car allowance + benefits. Negotiable depending on experience.
