We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dozer Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large scale commercial project in south Bristol.
Key Responsibilities- Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently on construction and earthmoving sites.
- Perform bulk earthworks, site preparation, grading, and land clearing.
- Carry out daily pre‑start inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
- Read and follow site plans and supervisor instructions.
- Work alongside site crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Proven experience operating bulldozers in civil construction, mining, or earthmoving.
- Relevant machinery tickets, licences, or certifications.
- Strong understanding of safe operating practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high‑quality work.
- White Card (or equivalent construction induction card) preferred.
- GPS machine control experience is an advantage but not essential.
