O'Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner to start work on a busy construction site in Birmingham. You will play an important role in keeping the site clean, safe, and well organised for all operatives. Working hours will be from 7.30am.
All applicants MUST have proven cleaning experience.
Welfare cleaner duties:
- Cleaning welfare units
- Cleaning construction site toilets
- Clean tools, equipment, and materials storage areas as needed
- Cleaning site office areas
- General upkeep to ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional environment
- Working independently and using initiative to manage tasks effectively
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately

To be successful the candidate must have:
