We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Project Coordinator. This is a varied office-based role combining project coordination, administration, digital content management and the use of modern AI tools to support business operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met and business systems and online platforms are maintained effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor multiple projects from start to completion.
- Manage project timelines, deadlines and action plans.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
- Assist with preparing quotations, pricing information and commercial documentation.
- Manage and update website content.
