O'Neill & Brennan are partnering with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are seeking experienced Estimators (all levels) to join their growing team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible working arrangement with three days based in a central Birmingham office and two days working from home. The business delivers major construction projects valued up to £100m across a diverse range of public-sector frameworks nationwide, covering sectors such as education, healthcare, and civic infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering two-stage tenders and pricing full work packages
- Strong understanding of a variety of construction methods
- Ability to manage costs, programmes, and quality in line with project targets
- Confident in interpreting drawings and technical specifications accurately
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Valid CSCS card
