Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a fixed term contract for an initial 12 month period. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to close out legacy works on over 50 projects, taking 5 at one time and cover a variety of works to get the projects handed over to the management company and get bond fees returned by the local authority. This role will suite a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is assertive and organised and has experience of finishing residential projects to the absolute close. You will have worked for recognised house builders and have contracting experience with a familiarity of various forms of contract. In short, this will suite a well-rounded, experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role will be based in the office in Hampshire, near to Basingstoke and involve site visits to other locations like Winchester and along the M3 corridor to Southampton. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a minimum of 7yrs experience working on significant residential developments over 70 units and a minimum of 5yrs in the Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
