About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our residential development scheme in Barnstaple. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing finishing snags on plots prior to CML handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing snagging works to a high standard across various trades, including carpentry, plastering, painting, and general finishing tasks.
- Ensuring plots meet quality standards and are ready for timely handover.
- Collaborating with the site team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
