Project: New Build Housing Development

Duration: 2 Weeks

Start Date: 20th July

We are currently recruiting an experienced Forklift / Telehandler Driver for a new build housing site in Axminster. This is a short-term assignment with an immediate start for the right candidate.

As this is a new project and the site is currently quiet, you will also need to be happy to assist with general labouring duties when the telehandler isn’t in use.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate the site telehandler
  • Load, unload, and distribute materials around site
  • Carry out daily machine checks
  • Assist trades with material movements
  • Help with general labouring duties during quieter periods
  • Follow all site health & safety procedures
Requirements
  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift ticket
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Previous experience on new build housing sites
  • Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)
  • Willingness to assist with labouring when required
  • Reliable with a good attitude towards site work

Location: Axminster, EX13

Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 start, 9 hours paid per day

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience.
