A well-established construction main contractor is looking for a Site Administrator for a large construction project in North London.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Document Control and Records: Manage project documentation including drawings, installation records, and site registers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate day-to-day site operations including scheduling meetings, organising site visits, and arranging site access.
  • Project Scheduling and Compliance: Monitor project timelines and ensure activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Office and Material Management: Oversee site office logistics, order supplies, and manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between site management, subcontractors, and clients, handling queries and correspondence.
