The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong client relationships, developing new business and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the construction sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing client accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular site visits and client meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Growing our client base through proactive business development, networking and relationship building.
  • Sourcing, engaging and managing candidates to maintain a strong pipeline of skilled workers.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared goals and drive business growth.
  • Travelling regularly to client sites and offices across the M25, so a full, clean driving licence is essential.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a driven and commercially minded individual with previous experience in account management, sales or recruitment, ideally within the construction, recruitment or a similar client-focused environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in an account management, sales or recruitment role, with a proven ability to build and develop strong client relationships.
  • A driven, proactive approach, with the resilience and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Confidence in face-to-face client meetings and site visits, with a professional and polished approach.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and developing long-term client relationships.
  • A full, clean driving licence, as regular travel to client sites across the M25 is required.
