O'Neill and Brennan are assisting a residential developer with the search for an experienced Site Manager / Block Manager in NW London to oversee a residential block of apartments (circa 190 units). The role will involve managing phases of internal fit-out from 1st fix, alongside external works, including brickwork and scaffolding packages.

You will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors
  • Overseeing internal fit-out trades across multiple phases
  • Managing external works packages, including façade, brickwork, and scaffolding
  • Ensuring works are delivered to programme, quality, and health & safety standards
  • Liaising with the client, design team, and supply chain

Salary: £65,000 + Package + Bonus

Start Date: ASAP

This role would suit a Site Manager with strong residential experience, capable of running both internal and external packages on a large-scale apartment scheme.
