O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading international contractor delivering major mission critical infrastructure projects across Europe. They are seeking to hire an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship hyperscale data centre development in Finland for a blue chip client. This is a long-term opportunity offering involvement on one of Europe’s largest live data centre schemes, working within a high-performing commercial team on a technically complex and fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities
- Commercial management of major MEP packages throughout project delivery
- Procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration
- Cost reporting, forecasting and change management
- Working closely with project delivery teams and client representatives
- Managing valuations, variations and final accounts across M&E packages
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within major construction projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages
- Experience delivering commercial duties on large-scale construction projects
- Data centre or mission critical experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work within a fast-paced delivery environment
