O’Neill & Brennan are currently supporting a Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor in their search for a Project Director to lead major projects across Central London. With four new projects due to commence, they are looking to appoint an experienced individual to deliver high-value fit out schemes ranging from £200m to £500m.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior Project Manager (minimum 5 years) or Project Director
  • A strong track record of delivering major projects in the £100m–£500m range
  • Experience managing large teams, including Construction Managers, Senior Managers, Assistant Managers, and Technical Managers
