O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who have an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-value commercial and mixed-use schemes across London. They are seeking to hire a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading contractor delivering £100m+ cut and carve developments with significant new build elements. The business has a strong pipeline of technically challenging schemes and offers clear progression opportunities within a well-established commercial structure.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial packages throughout the full project lifecycle
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Working closely with the operational team to ensure commercial performance and project delivery
Experience required:
- Experience working for a Main Contractor in a Quantity Surveying role
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use schemes
- Experience on cut and carve or complex refurbishment projects preferred
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial reporting
