O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a major hybrid developer/main contractor delivering high-profile residential and commercial developments across London. They are seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their Central London commercial team due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering a diverse range of schemes across both the residential and commercial sectors, offering strong progression opportunities and exposure to complex city-based developments.

- Commercial management of multiple subcontract packages valued above £1m
- Procurement and management of subcontractors through to final account
- Cost reporting, forecasting and budget management
- Contract administration and change management under JCT forms of contract
- Working closely with project and design teams across residential and commercial schemes
- Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or developer/main contractor environment
- Strong understanding and experience administering JCT contracts
- Experience managing multiple subcontract packages in excess of £1m
- Residential and/or commercial project experience preferred
- Strong commercial reporting and stakeholder management skills
