O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading international contractor delivering major mission critical infrastructure projects across Europe. They are seeking to hire an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship hyperscale data centre development in Finland for a blue chip client. This is a long-term opportunity offering involvement on one of Europe’s largest live data centre schemes, working within a high-performing commercial team on a technically complex and fast-paced project environment.

  • Project: Hyperscale Data Centre
  • Location: Finland
  • Salary: Up to £90,000
  • Start: ASAP but can wait for notice periods

Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of major MEP packages throughout project delivery
  • Procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration
  • Cost reporting, forecasting and change management
  • Working closely with project delivery teams and client representatives
  • Managing valuations, variations and final accounts across M&E packages

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within major construction projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages
  • Experience delivering commercial duties on large-scale construction projects
  • Data centre or mission critical experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced delivery environment
