O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established and highly respected main contractor who deliver complex new build and refurbishment projects across the education, healthcare and public sector markets throughout London and the Home Counties. Due to a number of new opportunities in the area and an overall increase in demand in that region they are seeking to appoint an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of multiple projects whilst supporting the wider commercial team.
The role will initially be based from a satellite office in North London before progressing into a regional position overseeing schemes across North London and the surrounding Home Counties. This opportunity would suit an established Managing Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a broader leadership role, with experience delivering projects from pre-contract through to final account within a reputable main contracting environment.
