A leading housing/property developer is seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team to work on a large-scale residential project near Ramsgate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers many years of continuous work. The scheme will consist of over 200 residential units from 2-5 bedrooms, with the potential for a further phase.

Role Overview

  • Project: Multi‑Phase Residential Scheme
  • Location: Ramsgate
  • Start: ASAP (notice period will be considered)
  • Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day management of all site works
  • Management of all subcontractors
  • Health and safety oversight
  • Quality Assurance

Requirements

  • Current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certificates
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Experience in timber frame / traditional build projects
