Working closely with an on-site Project Director, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, taking responsibility for both internal and external packages while overseeing day-to-day site operations.
Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 + Package
Scope of works:
- Act as the lead Project Manager on a residential development, overseeing the full lifecycle of construction activities from inception through to completion.
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of internal and external build packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate all site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour across multiple workstreams.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–8 Site/Package Managers, ensuring effective delegation, performance monitoring, and professional development.
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures, and statutory requirements across all site activities.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, inspections, and snagging to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the build.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including consultants, clients, local authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide regular progress reports, updates, and key issue escalation to the Project Director.
- Support the Project Director in strategic planning, decision-making, and overall project execution.
