O’Neill & Brennan UK are actively seeking two experienced Site Managers for an exciting residential development project in North West London. These are freelance roles, offering the opportunity to work on both an existing residential block and a brand new phase of the development.
- Internal Site Manager – 1-Year Freelance Contract
- Work on an existing block of 90 residential units
- Focus: Internal works from 2nd fix through to client handover
- Once this phase is complete, you’ll transition to the new build phase
- Strong background in internal finishes and delivering high-spec units essential
- Senior Site Manager – 12+ Months Freelance Contract
- Oversee the delivery of a new block of 100 residential units
- Responsible for both internal and external packages
- Lead a small team of Site Managers reporting into you
- Proven experience managing full build cycles and subcontractor coordination required
Requirements:
- Valid and up-to-date certifications & documents including:
- SMSTS
- CSCS (Black/White Card)
- First Aid at Work
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Strong residential experience and excellent subcontractor management skills
