Traffic Marshal/ Banksman required in Street, Somerset to join a new commercial project. Reporting to the Site Manager, the day-to-day duties will include:
- Ensuring contractors park in allocated areas
- Banking plant and delivery wagons safely
- Managing traffic flow through site
The role will require good communication and organisational skills as there will be elements of liaising with both contractors and the general public. The site is accessible via public transport and has free on-site parking. Working hours will be 7.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with the potential for weekend work.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Banking and overseeing plant and machine movement
- Banking delivery vehicles on and off site
- Marshalling traffic through site
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- CSCS Card
- PPE
- NPORS/CPCS
- Previous experience as Banksman/Traffic Marshall with references
