O'Neill & Brennan are seeking a Security Guard to join a project in Taunton. This role is night shifts from 10pm-6am avaliable Monday to Sunday. Your new role As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for managing the entrance and exit of the construction site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. Your duties will include: Monitoring the premises to enforce security procedures. Managing disturbances, resolving issues, and handling security incidents. Providing first aid and documenting incidents as needed. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
