Role Overview
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of projects from early tender stage through to successful completion. You will play a key role in ensuring programmes run smoothly, on time and within budget, while maintaining exceptional standards of client care and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management with involvement in tender preparation and bid submissions through mobilisation to delivery and client handover.
- Establish strong, professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
- Prepare comprehensive method statements, risk assessments, and construction programmes.
- Attend and contribute to site meetings, client meetings, and internal progress reviews.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
- Proactively manage variations, costs and risks to protect margin and deliver planned outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with commercial and site teams to resolve issues and drive project success.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, forecasts and commercial performance.
