Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the PM in overseeing all site activities, including programming, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to maintain project momentum.

  • Coordinate with design teams, clients, and supply chain partners to resolve issues proactively and mitigate delays.
  • Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies.

Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects with leading contractors.

  • Expertise in RC (Reinforced Concrete) construction methodologies, including formwork, pouring, and curing processes.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications.
