Key Responsibilities:
- Excavation and preparation of foundations and footings
- Working safely around drainage systems and underground services
- Concreting, levelling, and finishing foundation bases to a high standard
- Carrying out general groundworks including kerbing and slabbing as required
- Interpreting site drawings and working accurately to levels
Required:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Demonstrable experience in foundation groundworks
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Strong understanding of health and safety on site
