Key Responsibilities:

  • Excavation and preparation of foundations and footings
  • Working safely around drainage systems and underground services
  • Concreting, levelling, and finishing foundation bases to a high standard
  • Carrying out general groundworks including kerbing and slabbing as required
  • Interpreting site drawings and working accurately to levels

Required:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Demonstrable experience in foundation groundworks
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of health and safety on site
