An established and highly respected construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join its growing delivery team. The business specialises in technically demanding infrastructure and forecourt developments, delivering projects across the UK.

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects typically ranging from £500k to £2m, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Projects are fast-paced and varied, involving new builds, refurbishments, and upgrades within live operational environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental standards
  • Monitoring programme, costs, and quality of works
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Problem-solving and maintaining progress in challenging site conditions

About You

Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor within construction or civil engineering.

Essential:

  • Experience working on petrol station / forecourt construction or refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of groundworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete works
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to tight programmes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and work nationwide as required
