We’re now looking to appoint an Account Manager to join our London team, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships within the construction sector Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Manage accounts effectively to ensure a high level of service delivery. Work closely with clients to understand staffing requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and manage candidates to meet client needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Requirements Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within construction (Blue Collar experience desirable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
