As part of our continued growth, we’re now looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Logistics Commercial team, based in our vibrant Camden office with views of the lock and a short walk from the iconic Camden Market. What You’ll Be Doing As a Graduate QS, you’ll gain real-world experience while working alongside a supportive commercial team, with over 50 years’ combined industry experience. You’ll be trained and mentored directly by senior leaders within the business benefitting from strength and depth of decades of industry experience and best practice. Your role will include: Work Winning:  Supporting pre-construction activity and work winning by preparing cost estimates for tendering activity. Cost Forecasting: Developing budgets and cost forecast for live logistics projects and construction-related works. Profitability:  Monthly reporting and reconciliation of cost/value to establish project profitability. Project Support: Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Contract Administration:  Ensuring Sub-contracts are correctly administered protecting the project and the business. Commercial Awareness: Managing risks and opportunity to ensure profitability objectives are achieved.
