O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for an External Site Manager based on a project in the South West London Area. This client is a principal contractor who has a strong pipeline of high-value mixed-use projects in the London area and can offer the right candidate good consistency of work.
To be considered you must have displayed experience of working on large scale builds with ideally a background in Engineering and experience on the following works:
- Substructure
- Drainage
- Hard/soft landscaping
- QA oversight
- RC Frame Package
The successful External Site Manager candidate must have:
- Experience with Substructure, Drainage, Hard/soft landscaping, QA oversight, RC Frame Package
- Time served as an external site manager for principal contractors
- The necessary site tickets (CSCS, SMSTS etc)
