Salary: Up to £75,000 + package (QS) / Up to £95,000 + package (SQS)
O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established main contractor who are delivering a large mixed-use commercial and residential development in Central London. Due to continued growth within their commercial team, they are seeking both an MEP Quantity Surveyor and Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of the scheme.
The project consists of high-spec commercial office accommodation alongside residential elements and significant MEP infrastructure, offering strong long-term exposure to technically complex building services packages within a major London development.
- Commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages through procurement and delivery
- Managing subcontractor valuations, variations and final accounts
- Supporting successful commercial delivery of large-scale mixed-use developments
- Experience working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within a contractor or specialist subcontractor environment
- Previous exposure to commercial, residential or mixed-use developments preferred
- Ability to manage packages through the full commercial lifecycle
