Location: Lockleaze, Bristol Duration: 1+ years Qualification: Any valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket accepted O'Neill & Brennan are currently looking for a reliable Gateman / Traffic Marshal to join our team on a long-term project in Lockleaze, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for 1+ years of consistent work on site. Key Responsibilities
Managing site access and controlling vehicles entering and leaving the site. Directing delivery vehicles and assisting with safe vehicle movements. Carrying out traffic marshalling and banksman duties to ensure the safety of pedestrians and site personnel. Operating the wheel-washing area to help keep vehicles and surrounding roads clean. Monitoring site gates and maintaining site security. Coordinating deliveries and liaising with site management. Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. What We're Looking For
A valid Traffic Marshal or Banksman ticket — any recognised ticket will be considered. Previous experience in a gateman, traffic marshal or banksman role is preferred. Good communication skills and a responsible attitude. Reliability, punctuality and a strong commitment to health and safety. What We Offer
